​生,熟火鸡及套餐中各餐品的加热方法:

1) How to cook a pre-brined Turkey  (腌制好的生火鸡烤制方法:)

     13 minutes of cooking time for each pound of turkey. 

每一磅的火鸡大约烤13分钟

Preheat the oven to 450°F then drop the temperature to 350°F after putting the turkey into the oven.

预热烤箱450华氏度,放入火鸡,然后再调低到350华氏度

The turkey is done when it registers a minimum of 165° in the thickest part of the thigh.

当测温器测量内部温度达到165度才算烤好

Rest the turkey for at least 15 minutes before carving.

烤好后放置15分钟后开始切片

 

2)   To Reheat  Precooked Turkey [如何加热烤熟的火鸡:)

 

Preheat your oven to 350°F. Place the room-temperature turkey in a roasting pan, breast-side down. This allows the fat from underneath the bird to drip down while it heats up, ensuring a moist, tender breast. Cover the turkey with foil and place in oven. Drop oven temperature to 275°F. You’ll want to reheat your turkey for around 5 minutes per pound. So a 10lb turkey would need to reheat for around 50 minutes. Use a meat thermometer before removing. USDA recommends cooking and reheating all poultry to an internal temperature of 165°F.

回到家中,预热烤箱 350 华氏度,把火鸡放入烤盘中,可以连火鸡包装袋一起放入,胸部朝下(这是为了使脂肪在加热时滴下来,确保火鸡胸肉的湿润,多汁)。 用锡纸把火鸡整个盖住,放入烤箱,把烤箱温度调低至275华氏度。 大约每磅5分钟的加热时间。例如,10磅的火鸡大约需要50分钟的时间加热。 强烈建议购买一个肉类烹饪温度计,测量温度达到165度即可。(以上只是我们建议的一个时间,每个家庭的烤箱火力不同,另有差异)

 

3) BAKE/RE-HEAT STUFFING: (加热面包内馅)

 

Preheat oven to 325*. Place foil covered pan of stuffing in the oven for 30 to 40 min. 

Remove the foil covering to brown the top for the last 10 min. if desired. The internal temperature should read 165* in center. (May be heated in microwave also.)

 

预热烤箱325度,把我们用锡纸盖住的锡纸盒连盖子一起放进烤箱30-40分钟, 然后把锡纸盖取下,再烤十分钟,表面烤制金黄色,内部温度达到165华氏度即可

 

4)RE-HEAT MASHED POTATOES: (加热土豆泥)

 

 Best heated in the microwave. put our microwaveable container with lid in the microwave, Start heating 1 minute per pound of potatoes. Stir often during heating. Internal temperature should read 140* in center. (Caution, over heating will turn the milk sour)

 

最好的加热土豆泥的方式是微波炉加热。

把我们的可微波的塑料餐盒连同盒盖一起放入微波炉内,每磅加热 一分钟,搅拌直到热了为止(内部温度140华氏度即可)【注意:过度加热会导致土豆泥变酸。】

 

5)RE-HEAT GRAVY: (加热肉汁酱)

Place in sauce pan which will allow stirring. Heat over low heat to avoid scorching. Stir often. Heat until gravy reaches 160F on a thermometer. 

建议用小汤锅低温加热,边热边搅动,直到温度到160华氏度为止

 

5)RE-HEAT STIR FRIED BACON WITH FRIED BEANS (加热培根炒四季豆)

Best heated in the microwave. put our microwaveable container with lid in the microwave, Start heating 1 minute per pound of potatoes. Stir once  during heating. Internal temperature should read 165   in center
